Living in Between
by Mehrdad Sedaghat

Mehrdad invited the public for a walk to the MSU Broad Museum. Through this public walk we encountered a collection of frozen performers playing Iranian beats, carrying passports embodying the feeling of being/living between the Muslim Ban in Michigan. As participants and the public, we shared a glimpse of the feeling of being denied and/or rejected to enter the museum space as a metaphor for the U.S.
